Signing up for BusPlanner Alerts
If you are new to BusPlanner you will need to activate your account.
If you already have a BusPlanner account, select your text/email preferences for BusPlanner Alerts by signing into
your account at ccrce.mybusplanner.ca.
Select the notification options you would prefer to receive. Here’s a
step-by-step process to add BusPlanner Alerts:
• Log in to your Parent Portal account
• Navigate to “My Account” under the “Parent” drop-down menu at the top of the page
• Select “Mobile Numbers”
• Check the box “I want to receive text alerts”
• Enter your current and preferred mobile number(s)
• Click “Update” to save your changes
